      Pros

      Kybba has good recruiters who find the best talents. They have good relationship with their clients.

      Cons

      Healthcare and other benefits are not one of the best, but can be live with. Offsite workers might have little challenge on their work related issues.

      Amazing Atmosphere

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits, very competitive pay and they are a strong believer in having a work/life balance. The people are all very personable, friendly and welcoming. Very diverse culture! Management is very good about employee recognition and keeping workers happy. You feel appreciated and like each person matters.

      Cons

      None so far, best company atmosphere that I have experienced.

      Good work environment very laid back. IF the company allowed room for growth and communicated with employees it would be a great learning environment.

      Cons

      Company does not communicate very well with employees when it comes to human resource issues.
