Pros

This company is making huge progress. Over the past year and a half they've made some big changes: a new strategic direction, new organizational structure targeted at growth, lots of training for employees, better compensation plans, better benefits, more opportunities for everybody. It's building a lot of momentum and it's fun to be a part of it and watch it all come together.

Cons

There's not much negative to say right now.

Pros

Great product line. Customers overall like the company.

Cons

They call this job sales but all you are is a glorified customer service rep. They expect you to make 60 calls a day and 2:30 hours of phone time plus enter extensive time consuming information into a completely outdated data base. Incoming phone calls do not count to your phone time. There is no time to penetrate accounts as there is a huge task list you are expected to call. Management micromanages everything you do. Sales reps were told on numerous occasions they could not go home unless they made 60 calls. New senior management came in 2014 and have done nothing to change the culture.

Pros

Getting out at the end of the day

Cons

Management gets a thrill out of intimidating and playing mind games with employees. Back-stabbing, angry outbursts, violence and threats by managers are common. Employee turnover is very high, however, upper management stays the same. Company has been cited by Dept. of Labor for not paying overtime. The bathrooms are smelly and dirty as they never clean them and the toilets have been known to back up frequently. Employees tend to get sick frequently while working at this company. This is due to a dirty building and high stress.
