Continued Downward Spiral

Pros

Not much. Some good people suffering alongside you. A free lunch once in a great while. Not much positive to point out.

Cons

Company wide bonus plans drastically reduced to the point that they may as well be eliminated. Upper management says a lot of nice things but their actions never match up. Tons of empty promises and hot air. Problems rarely solved, usually ignored. Employee morale EXTREMELY low. The general vibe is to get through each day just to go home and forget this place for as long as possible. Go to work the next day. Repeat. Employee turnover rate is very high.

Customers need Lcom's products but frustrated with empty promises and poor communications of support.

Cons

total operational inefficencies...a classic example of old school Drucker's top down tactics. Upper management has 3 mouths, and no ears.
