      minimal training, large amount of product to learn, fast paced = often unsettling atmosphere, and the pay is so low

      This is a great part-time job for many people, however few people transition into full-time year round employees. People are generally kind to each other, and it's not hard to call in sick. A lot of great, competent people work here.
