They really care about their employees- all of the managers were kind, professional, and understood the demand of working retail. It was a real team and supportive environment. Best retail experience I have had.

Cons

The usual cons of working retail. In general, most customers were fine. However, because of the lifetime guarantee, there are definitely demanding people who are gaming the system.
