      This company really takes cares of its employees. You will rarely work over time and the benefits just keep growing year after year.

      The company is slow passed and makes changes very slowly, so dont expect a lot of new projects or fast growing opportunities

      flexible schedule, good working environment, cooperative dynamics from peers, store discounts for employees

      Cons

      low salaries, no/very scarce growth opportunities. very good performers are not considered for better roles so they end up looking for other options outside the company
