1. okay to join. 2. based on your knowledge you can get projects if you have selected also. initial bench period is more days not for all. 3. you need to work hard but no one will force you. its good for you only. to allocate on next good project.
Cons
1. if you are working hard at above the office time and managing well then only you will get 15% of the appraisal otherwise only <5%. 2. if you are working a long year then it's good for you. you may get a lot of features in the company means above 5 years. 3. You also need to learn small work from hardware so that only you can manage well.
