The company is focused on retaining employees. They don’t focus to heavily on yearly reviews, but there anre avenues of readily available if you want to utilize them. I seen very little office politics and been able to just focus on getting work done.

Cons

Corporate culture, Actions and decisions that tend to go against stated goals. Treat different sites the same as if they are all box builders or production lines even when they aren't. Leadership lack of knowledge of what sites really do. Lack of vision. Employee retention.
