Good work with good customers.

Cons

Lots of fails in many functions and at all levels making this a terrible experience. No daily backups. Lots of useless people hired by useless HR. Matrix org is useless. Lots of "management" and "leadership" who can't do or don't understand what they manage and they don't see a problem with that. Lots of ego and little care for the mission .
