Decent pay; work from home possible only during covid times

Cons

management does not trust employees to complete work without micromanagement even at the senior level. Despite the CEO promoting innovation, funds for innovating have been decimated.

Inclusion. L3 Harris works daily to make sure that men and women alike are treated equally and with the utmost respect. Work-Life balance is not only talked about but encouraged. Flexibility is fantastic. Continuous Training is offered as well as opportunity to earn another degree if desired. Company is profitable which is always a plus because this extends to good benefits and funds to employ enough people to do the work.

Cons

I have not experienced anything that would be considered a "con" - I have no regrets to making the transition to L3Harris.
