      Some really smart people here,

      Cons

      I have witnessed the incremental decline of work place satisfaction. Continued Healthcare cost challenges. Sure, rates didn't increase but out of pocket sure did. Company makes money hand over fist, but can't give stellar performers anything better than a raise that doesn't even match the cost of living. Now the last straw. Do away with hybrid work. I have had enough. And doing what other companies do is sorry excuse. Be better than others.

      DEI at its finest, great for young, great for minorities

      Cons

      Laid off workers and fires at will, don't expect 2 week's notice. Only management is recognized while workers aren't. A true pizza party for your effort instead of raises or promotions. revolving door of managers. Engineering managers and group leaders are a joke. Make sure you take care of yourself, or HR will escort you out the door.

      decent amount of young people with good opportunities to climb the ladder due to the mass exodus of people

      site is terribly run. while salaries are attractive at the start, raises and promotions are a joke
