Ever since L3Harris bought Aerojet Rocketdyne things have gone downhill. Management only cares about dollar signs, and doesn't want to invest in facilities, technology, IRAD, or employees for long term success. Our team is overworked but there's a hiring freeze and they are threatening layoffs in the near future. They have cut benefits to the bone, and health insurance costs tripled from last year. The raise pool was 3.5% and that includes promotions, so even if you do get lucky enough to get promoted you get a 6% raise max. There's an open office pool on who's gonna quit next - it's like the Hunger Games where every week we lose someone else.
