      Pros

      Some nice-to-have perks that won't meaningfully improve your experience. Pay isn't terrible (but it's stagnant).

      Cons

      You'll be pigeon-holed into a dead-end role and completely ignored for the entirety of your time there. Uses all the textbook corporate lines about "family" and "culture" and how great everything is going, and predictably uses all the textbook corporate lines when they refuse to issue promotions or raises or career opportunities. Brags about profits, but never offers bonuses. Boasts about culture, but can't keep anyone on longer than a year or two. They really think they're special here, but they're just one more "productivity" mill in an overcrowded city.

      Terrible "management" and "leadership" overall

      Good work with good customers.

      Cons

      Lots of fails in many functions and at all levels making this a terrible experience. No daily backups. Lots of useless people hired by useless HR. Matrix org is useless. Lots of "management" and "leadership" who can't do or don't understand what they manage and they don't see a problem with that. Lots of ego and little care for the mission .
