OT, lots to learn, challenging work

Cons

understaffed, processes not as smooth as competitors, growth seems limited, as they will hire from outside rather than within. This seems to be common place in today's business though.

Coworkers are very pleasant to work with, manager is very down to earth, people are upfront about their issues and concerns, not as much bureaucracy interfering with the project. Remote work and unlimited vacation.

Cons

Division of labor could be better managed, need to establish clearer and more concise customer requirements.

- 9/80 schedule gives you good work/life balance - Strong starting pay - A lot of room to grow within the company or switch positions if the current position is not something that is working. - Employee resource groups to help with things outside of work life - friendly co-workers

Cons

- 9/80 schedule often means working more than 9 hours a day to get work load done - Training of basic things such as time keeping, use of systems, and explaining the organization of business/who falls under the business units could use improvement
