      Pros

      In the early days of the pandemic when many activities were shutting down, the L3Harris hiring manager and HR representative went out of their way to line me up with multiple virtual interviews, for multiple openings. They kept me well informed in the process steps after the interviews and were quick in the hiring decision and offer. After coming on-board, employee health and safety has been emphasized as a top priority, and as a result, they are very encouraging and accommodating to allow work-from home as much as possible. My onboarding experience was very well organized, and I am very happy that I had the opportunity and made the right decision to join this great team.

      Cons

      A bittersweet con for L3Harris is that they are so successful in keeping the confidence of the US military, that business is great and the work load is growing slightly faster than the workforce
