      L3Harris provides excellent benefits, competitive compensation, a positive work environment, and is consistently driving to engage employees and implement employee feedback. The company culture supports work/life balance. Additionally, L3Harris supports growth and development by providing resources for training and professional development. Grateful to have been offered an opportunity with such an excellent company as a new grad!

      No cross company tool like Slack to assist with project management and collaboration.
