      Small department Great Benefits Great manager Flexible schedule

      Small depart = more travel Time on job or degrees doesn't mean seniority . New guys come in as Senior trainers without being certified instructors. Raises are based off organization guidelines and not merit of employees. They say they keep us informed but yet yet layoff 75 friends after they can't collect federal or state benefits but still reap the rewards of an essential corporation. This is the good ole boy network, if your not in the loop, you're not getting promoted.
