Communication between departments is lacking. Most times you don’t find out about an assignment until it is in crisis mode. Not enough employees to do the work so its always rushed. Never feel like you have enough time to do a thorough quality job. Pay is not high enough for level 4 and above. Need to raise the ceiling on the upper level pay scale to attract and keep trained professionals with experience and knowledge of our business.

- Corporate take over of L3 executed poorly. There is a basic lack of communications with their employees. - Harris transitioned to a different vacation plan and employees are not getting payed out depending on if they are hourly or which state they live in. - After leaving Harris does not provide health coverage. They expected you to pay out of pocket until COBRA is established. - Employees moved around to different departments with out notification or without any discussion. Many managers and employees have not met their supervisors. - Employees assigned to different departments without notice - Employees laid off without any discussion for seemingly no reason.
