Pros
PTO, flex work schedule, location tries to create a close working environment. GM is great.
Cons
No training, promotions are given based on favoritism. They promoted someone to Sr. Manager and she’s a terrible manager. Always busy throws you under the bus, changes your work and doesn’t tell you. Then you’re asked about the changes from upper management. Work is not evenly spread. The acquisition ruined the moral. Corporate only cares about metrics not about the people or building relationships. They moved AP, AR and cash Apps to florida where the employees are data every clerks. We never had aged AR until florida took over.
