Pros

The employees are great and doing the best they can with what they have

Cons

Management team is completely disengaged and believes berating burnt out employees is a sound motivational strategy.

Pros

Used to be a great company before Harris took over. Great collection of really smart people with a wealth of heritage knowledge. Unlimited leave is great though.

Cons

New hires were making more than existing staff, very small raises/bonuses were handed out, no matter what level you were. Company was being inundated by Harris management and culture. Accelerated timelines and forcing "manufacturability" of products without appreciating or holding onto what made the site successful in the first place (the diverse capabilities and creativity of all engineers/designers). Company is now a shell of what it once was since only 5 years ago. There is no one to learn from anymore.

Pros

Pay is decent at first, but expect cost-of-living raises after that. If you have a degree, then you are golden. Raises and promotions are automatic for those who are "in the club".

Cons

No job satisfaction, period. They hire people, then not put them to work. Your "supervisor" is a complete stranger who has no idea what you actually do, yet they do your evaluations. Your experience means nothing. You are a nobody collecting a paycheck just to be a placeholder on a contract; and it is apparent. Non-exempt employees are definately treated like lesser people than their "professional" counterparts. No holiday vacation.
