Pros

Company that cares about building quality rather than bottom line with customer. Exciting projects on things that people see, enjoy, and understand. Work / Life Balance is very important. Work from home policy is good. They ask a reasonable amount from everyone. No politics in the team, much respect.

Cons

L4 has grown a lot in the last year and there are some growing pains, but the cool culture is still there.
