Pros

Great people. Amazing teamwork and dedication, great work culture. Company always strives to make improvements. Work-life balance is respected. Unlimited work-from-home, unlimited vacation. Works on major brand name projects that are product focused. No crappy marketing projects.

growing pains - space is getting cramped and conference rooms can be hard to grab. However when each employee is part owner - this is a good problem to have!!
