Pros

Excellent products - can sleep at night knowing what we sell works. Been in business for 30 years - does a great job of staying on the leading edge. Family-like company culture - everyone can make a difference.

Cons

Many employees been there 15-20+ years - new hires may feel a little intimidated (initially). Not a well-know brand - yet.

Pros

- Family orientated work environment - not your typical PC cold corporate environment - Move up the ladder fairly quickly, as long as you get your work done - Your voice is heard and input does matter regardless of your job title - Express yourself, style your desk the way you want (just don't get too messy)

Cons

- Open work environment, sometimes it can get hard to focus and get some solid work done - We keep to ourselves, it's frustrating working with something great and there are almost no stack overflow topics or YouTube videos on our tech

Talented and dedicated people; No micro-management; Privately owned; Profitable; Fantastic benefits; Great work-life balance; Definitely a "family" type of organization.

Cons

Some long-tenured staff can be resistant to change; Could offer a better match to retirement account (401k) although the vesting period is only 2 years.
