A couple of true visionaries. Very challenging technically, very complex product. A lot to learn.

Cons

Small market, legacy platform. Very conservative company culture.

Relatively flexible hours. Work from home opportunities. Opportunity to be involved in all aspects of business -- good place for new graduates to learn business skills (not technology skills)

Cons

Proprietary Software is out dated and you will spend 80+% of your time using it. Very challenging to overcome the flaws of the software.
