Good benefits and obtain good skillsets

Cons

After 13 years of loyalty they laid you off when the President Steve Gap came on board. They laid off people who was there for many years and hired junior programmer because pay rate was lower. LANSA has been recently sold and no longer does LANSA projects anymore.

Most employees have been working here for a long time so everyone is close. Relax and flexible working hours.

Not that much benefit. No career ladder so no career growth.
