Pros

Culture is great - very open environment. Fantastic work-life balance. Very little red tape or politics. No micro-management. Benefits are top notch (aside from 401k)

Cons

401k match is weak. Company-wide, structured communication (from President) is nonexistent

Dynamic and energetic environment to work. Management treats you like an adult and the commitment of others in the company push you to be your very best. Continually delivering exciting new technologies, but never leaving existing customers behind.

Company communication between departments could improve.
