Compensation is okay Great Commute Nice Campus Good people Good flexibility with work/life balance

Personal/professional growth for this position has a cap Medical/Dental benefits are high cost with no option for Flex Spending Account No 401K/Retirement/Pension/Profit Sharing No tuition assistance No Global Days (extra day off) for when the company makes its numbers Training is left up to the individual to take initiative with high expectation to figure it out on their own and compliance with company policies. Of course you can ask for assistance, however, you need to find out where to start & who to ask in which department, meanwhile the deadline looms.
