The people in the field are wonderful to work with. Work/ life balance is supported. Work hard play hard. They value their contractor relationships. Products are viewed as well performing.

Cons

Put aside driving strategic partnerships with national corporate owners and devalued the specification impact. Lost the big picture, strategic positioning.
