A large disorganized organization

Pros

They pay relatively well, have good products, good support and good reputation.

Cons

They make very hard to understand decisions. They acquire a company then lay off everyone that made the company successful and slowly lose all the sales for the new company. They can also take 4 months to hire a new employee, then lay you off 6 months later.

Cons

Upper management is quite shady (After I put in two weeks notice, they fired me immediately), terrible communication especially from upper management, ask and expect a lot but doesn't pay that well
