Incredible company culture where you're encouraged to grow and try new things. Started as a valet and worked my way all the way to a regional vice president.

Cons

LAZ is an operations company first and foremost. It's boots on the ground for the most part. It's not your traditional 9-5 but if you put in the work, you can do anything! So many opportunities and so many different verticals.
