Pros

The parking company definitely has a Family atmosphere. The employees try to help and assist others in order to facilitate success.

Cons

Upper Management has a very narrow concept of operating protocol. There is not much room for growth. You have to be willing to focus on the customer needs and wants.

Pros

You work so hard performing another employees function you are guaranteed to learn how to multitask and learn new processes other than those of your job title.

Cons

There is too much backstabbing from the long term employees towards new hires, and very little support. The company prides itself on a hug instead of a handshake just beware of the knife in that hand against your back. The company is not very diversified and offers little to no perks except free parking.

Flexible hours and that's really it.

Cons

Horrible management, very unorganized, slave-like working environment, few breaks. I never recommend working here.
