      Pros

      It was rewarding hard work. You get to train and grow people in your team. The upper management does care and there’s room for growth in the company.

      Cons

      For the salary you get paid, it’s not worth it. Lack of work life balance. You’ll get called in because you’re short staffed because the hotel “doesn’t have money”. A lot of politics.

      None at all. They're incompetent.

      Cons

      Most unprofessional staff around. Don't value your time and then make excuses. The whole hiring process is laughable and their recruiting team lacks professionalism, grammar, or intelligence.
