Bad leadership. Bad upper management. No real knowledge of how to motivate people or How to make associates perform. Pay plans are really really bad. Stay away.

Bad work life balance, terrible pay, terrible business acumen. Will screw over their own mother

Terrible place to work

Pros

It used to be the employees but none are lasting long enough anymore. It’s a revolving door.

Cons

Upper managements greed and constant change in pay plans making it harder and harder to advance unless you want to work 12 hour days everyday and come in on your day off.
