Benefits are decent and the $250 Amex gift card are about the only pros of this group.

Cons

The downside of this group is that it is being poorly run. The pay plan grid is one of the lowest I’ve seen and doesn’t make sense at such a low volume store. There is a constant revolving door for Sales Managers and F&I Managers. This store alone went through 4 GMs in 3 months. It

Good job for those just starting out in customer service, Company does promote from within, and the people that you work with are pretty cool. Monthly Bonuses and great benefits.

Cons

Would love not to work Saturdays but it is a dealership so can't really complain
