Pros

I've been sitting here for 3 minutes trying to think of a pro, but can't.

Cons

-The pay is disgraceful. I got hired and wasn't told how much I would be making until almost 2 weeks after my start date. I was surprised to hear that I was making less money an hour than I had when I first moved out on my own at 18 years old. (And I wasn't living in LA at that point in time. We all know how expensive it is to live in LA.) -The management is displeasing and don't actually seem to want to help. Never have I worked for a company where I feel like I'm 100% ignored by management. I feel like I'm not valued and that's very upsetting to me, especially when I go out of my own duties and help wherever they ask of me. -Payday comes but my check is never in my account on time...ever. -They hired me for a specific job and a few months later told me and everyone else that I wasn't hired to do what they had originally told me. They proceeded to tell me to do other duties that don't apply to what I was originally hired for. -Management refuses to raise wages. PERIOD. Even when corporate comes in from the brand we work for and tells them they need to pay us more.

Pros

Great people, family environment, situated right on Hollywood BLVD. Toyota itself is a great product which allows for easy sale. Toyota provides great training for all sales people.

Cons

The facility is extremely outdated. It is hard to be positive when the environment you work in is falling apart. It seems like most decisions are made sporadically, rather than being well thought out. Though there is training from Toyota, there is no in-house training from management.

Pros

Very friendly environment. Personnel very supportive while teaching you how to deal with difficult customers.

Cons

The ups and downs of the day primarily revolved around either hours of doing essentially nothing versus a stampede of customers you could not prepare for.
