To make it happen, you have to do everything by yourself, basically you are on your own and the company is still expecting 200% from you.

Nice co-workers for the most part.

Cons

Too much about who you know not about how hard you work. Company too greedy-constantly whittling away at the little money you do make. Since kids and grand kids took over the quality of workplace and benefits have been spiraling downward just so they can squeeze every last dollar from employees and anywhere else they can sink their teeth into.
