The agency has excellent benefits.

Cons

The agency is disorganized and upper management has no clue what they’re doing. Hostile work environment. Benefits cease the moment your employment ends, including access to funds in your FSA.

You are treated with respect. There is a solid team environment, and I love working with my fellow professional employees.

Cons

At times we are not able to pay employees what some other companies are able to pay. But I Think my manager realizes that.
