I got to make a positive difference in the lives of young children. The team I was on worked as a cohesive unit, and we barely ever had crises to deal with. You only work 4 days out of the week, with either saturday or sunday being your double shift day. You work either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat...

Cons

awful pay. Management pretends to listen to your concerns then doesn't do anything to help the people at the bottom of the totem pole. All management cares about is you getting your weekly medicaid quota in. You are expected to be a punching bag for the clientele there and you aren't able to defend yourself.
