Pros

Great work atmosphere and teams. Leadership seems to care. They strive to create a unique, fun culture leaning on New Orleans traditions which helps makes working there that much better.

Cons

Yearly increases are capped off at 2%. They did add some extra benefits this year, but still would be nice to have a COL increase.
