      Love the team we have. Great coworkers

      The pay rates and call pay is horrible!! They are willing to pay outside contract employees or new grads more money then the experienced employees who run circles around the contract and new grad hires!! It’s totally insane and such a slap in the face!! Something need to be done!

      It’s either them or Ochsner in the city. Easy to transition to a different unit if current one is a bad fit.

      Minimal pay raise. Management does little to retain nurses.
