Appears to have a pro-community approach. May just be BS. LCMC just acquired my hospital recently so I feel I can't honestly rate them as an organization yet.

Cons

No transparency during merger/acquisition process. HCA sold several hospitals to LCMC and the merger process has been a continuing process of bland inspecific platitudes about how the transition will happen.
