      Good team experience depending on which department you are in. Current supervisor A+ Work from home option when needed Decent pay

      Cons

      Not all supervisors are top notch Dysfunction between faculties at times Typical growth pains when systemizing independent groups While pay is decent, it is not competitive

      Pros

      Pay is good, especially for PCT/CNA. They will raise pay to 18$/hour once you obtain your CNA Certification. 16$ base pay with relevant experience. Great benefits, growing company that really seems to try to include employees in decisions.

      Cons

      No more cons than you would find at any large business. Healthcare is tricky, but they try to be transparent and fair.
