Pros

Pay competitive PTO accrual decent I’m lucky to have hardworking co-workers

Cons

Home Office out of touch. No idea what we do at the community level. Home Office support is lacking in several departments but not all. High rotation on home office contacts as LCS keeps buying communities so you have to learn a new way to do things every 3 months. Never any inspiration or announcements from CEO or president. I had to Google who leadership was because they are never talked about. Training is non-existent. Managers are just thrown into their roles…sink or swim.
