Pros

Thought job but lots of support and education. Employees are truly put first. Lots of time off available and great benefits package. But, someone is ALWAYS there for you at regional or corporate if you need help.

Cons

You will work very hard and acquire lots of knowledge, it is up to you to place your boundaries. You can easily work 24/7 and burn out quick . Make yourself step back, clear your mind and take time off. The company 100% supports this.

Shared values reflected throughout the company, True team coordination improving healthcare and providing exceptional service in the post-acute CCRC space. Long employee tenure reflects the quality and stability of the company, a true reflection of the great individuals that make up CPS and LCS.

Cons

Try not to overextend your reach contributing to committees in addition to your workload.
