Pros
The people under my pay grade, boots on the ground folks I worked with.
Cons
HR is a turnover swamp and the latest one, Dawn, has a chip on her shoulder the size of Texas. The VP's and all else above me will drown you if the profit isn't to their liking, they don't think about the people that work or live in the communities for a single second, its a "how much have you made me today" type of job. My community profited millions and 90% of the staff is making under $18 an hour. I know how much profit they made, i was in charge of it! OH, and its all WHITE folks there in DesMoines, white as white can be.
