      Pros

      LCS is an employee owned stock program employer (ESOP) with great direction and strong training programs.

      Cons

      Some of the jobs can be monotonous however growth is available once experienced. Policies are under ongoing development which can be a challenge at any small company.

      Resident contact is possible and rewarding.

      Cons

      Senior management makes decisions based on invalidated facts, hip shot decision making and does not follow their own company philosophy for integrity and honesty. Don't keep up with the industry competition for healthcare. Highly political environment. If you are not in the "in group" you won't make it. It's not what you know, it's who you hang out with.

      Pros

      Ardenwoods has a great work culture with supportive management who encourage great teamwork in a well-organized work environment. There are decent benefits for full-time employees.

      Cons

      I can't think of any major cons. You are required to work some holidays. If you work in the kitchen, sometimes there are early Sunday morning shifts and late shifts on holidays.
