-- Great health insurance and 401k match. -- Most white collar employees get their own office. -- Pantry of snacks and beverages, including alcohol. -- Great community and engagement programs like volunteering and yoga. -- Good work/life balance.

Cons

-- Management is often noncommunicative with their staff, leading to poor decision-making. -- Compensation is lower than the industry average for entry and mid-level positions. -- Good work and going beyond your job expectation is often unappreciated and unrewarded. -- Open positions are often filled with external candidates when better or equally qualified candidates are present internally. -- Tenure-based promotions for management are overwhelmingly more common than merit based promotions entry and mid-level employees.

Numerous employee centered activities along with a relaxed atmosphere. Speaking from personal experience, there is no micro-managing and flexible work schedule - as long as you get your work done.

Cons

There does seem to be a disconnect between certain departments where decisions are made that adversely affect other parts of the business.
