Pros

Great flexible work environment - as long as you get the job done. Great benefits and they truly care about keeping employees happy. Great people to work with and a casual work environment. The products are innovative and it's great to be part of something that is making a difference in patient's lives.

Cons

My one con is lack of growth opportunity at LDR. There is no real growth track or program for development.

Pros

Too many to list. Friendly staff, great HR director/department, great compensation and benefits. Also, the company is very exciting as it is exploding with growth.

Cons

Company is growing quickly, so there are some associated growing pains. I can't really think of any other cons at the moment.

Pros

Great company culture and upper management shows that they truly care for their employees.

Cons

Working inter-departmentally can sometimes be difficult. Also, working with our international counterpart can slow innovation and create very long lead-times.
