Great products, not your standard run of the mill spine portfolio. Relaxed culture internally, friendly senior management, good work-life balance

Cons

Struggles on the operations side, so if you're in sales beware of inventory issues, inequality between exec compensation and the rest of the company, long term product plan not clear to anyone below the exec level
