the most dysfunctional and uncommunicative sales leadership I have ever seen in the industry. I have talked former co-workers from other companies OUT of working there.

Pros

Company culture is very work hard, play hard and built with employees that really know how to work together. As employees, we are spoiled from the benefits package all the way to the snacks that are provided for employees. Employee population is backed up by management As global as we are, we still have the "small family" feel throughout the company. They also really stress work-life balance!

Nothing really comes to mind.
